Dear Valued Business Partners, 

On Sept 6th at 3:30 PM at the SportONE Icehouse, located at 3869 IceWay, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805 will host the first annual Braydin Lewis Memorial Fund Charitable hockey event.

The Braydin Lewis Fund (Play Like Bray Inc.) serves as a remembrance for our son, friend, brother and teammate, Braydin Adam Lewis who was taken from this life too early in April of 2023, due to complications of brain cancer. The foundation will serve as a dedication to his life and how he lived and served his family, friends, teammates and community.

Kristen and Adam Lewis, Braydin’s parents, and brother Corbin Moore, are committed to honoring his spirit for life and the embodiment of Braydin’s #playlikebray mentality. The Fund has been established to offer financial award to junior & youth hockey players locally in Fort Wayne, Indiana and in Mt Clemens, Michigan where Braydin finished his junior hockey season with the Metro Jets organization, in addition to local random acts of kindness. All ticket sales proceeds will go to the fund to support junior & youth hockey.

The Play Like Bray, organization of Angola Indiana is a 501c3 non-profit organization. The board and its members are asking for business sponsorships and silent auction donations to support the Charitable hockey event scheduled in September with the following packages below.

Sponsorship Areas:  

·  Platinum Level Sponsorship: $1500+ donation receives mention at the game, logo representation at the event, premier seating for 4 (with drink tickets), and placement on website  

·  Gold Level Sponsorship: $1000 donation receives mention at the game, logo representation at event and placement on website

·  Silver Level Sponsorship: $500 donation receives mention at the game and logo representation at event

·  Bronze Level Sponsorship: $250 donation receives mention at the game
